Due to the large scale of our operation and global presence, we have no standard service terms. After all, we are reselling so many different providers in over 25 jurisdictions, and each has different laws and regulations.

When you inquire about a specific jurisdiction or exchange transaction, we will provide you with a PDF file containing the Terms of Service for that specific contract.

Cleapay Services, Ltd. ("Cleapay") will not be held responsible for the content of communities / pages hosted under our services. Cleapay does not review pages for content before they are posted, and does not verify, endorse or otherwise take responsibility for the contents of any user-created pages. However, we reserve the right to remove any page from our servers which we determine is in violation of our rules and guidelines. Customers are solely responsible for all files contained in their own directory, and can be held legally liable for the contents of their web site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleapay from any claims resulting from Customer’s use of this Service that results in claims by a third party or a violation of law. Such indemnification shall include reimbursement of all Cleapay’s costs and legal fees incurred in connection therewith.
