Cleapay Services, Ltd. ("Cleapay") does not collect your personal or business information from you under any circumstances, unless such information is required in order for us to transact business (i.e. mailing address to send you a check, full name to verify that we had received your bank wire, email address to discuss hosting solutions with you, etc.) Our whole business is based on the integrity of your privacy.

If you disclose any information, it is completely voluntary on your part. We are not legally liable if you decide to disclose your information as per our hosting / currency exchange agreement that we will provide you at the time of sign up. Should you do decide to disclose any information to us, Cleapay will not volunteer, sell or make public your information for any purpose and to any entity.

When under court order, we will provide only the information specified in the court order. This may include your email correspondence, databases, and website pages if any of them reside on our servers. Therefore, you need to be responsible with your email, and consider encrypting important communications or using a secure web based provider such as Hush.com. We also recommend encrypting important database files to better protect your customers' data. The bottom line is, if you don't give it to us, we can't give it out to anyone else.

Digital Currency Exchange important note. For certain currency exchange transactions we may be required by Federal law to obtain additional information about the parties involved. In this case, you will be made aware of such requirements and have the option to cancel any pending transactions.
