Due to the large scale of our operation and global presence, we have no standard Acceptable Use Policy. After all, we are reselling so many different providers in over 25 jurisdictions, and each has different laws and regulations. For example, some allow adult websites, some don't. IRC services are not permitted at the Chicago datacenter, while on our South Africa servers they are, and so on.

When you inquire about a specific jurisdiction, we will provide you with a PDF file containing the Acceptable Use Policy for that specific contract, by which we must abide.

It should be noted that regardless of the jurisdiction you choose, certain uses are always prohibited:

• Sites with expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity;
• Child pornography, rape, or beastiality content;
• Sites distributing pirated/unlicensed software, hacking tools or archives, warez downloads;
• Promotion of physical harm or injury against any group or individual;
• Sites illegally facilitating the exchange of credit cards;
• Materials infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties (including, but not limited to, trademarks, domain names, personality rights, names of individuals, publicity rights, logos, graphics, designs, films, and music), those which allow the circumvention of revenue rightfully due to a manufacturer for the sale of a product or the disabling of installed copy protected devices, and all other forms of cracker utilities, are strictly forbidden; and
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), via any means, including, but not limited to, email, instant messenger services, and newsgroup postings.
